The stability of management is central to the success of a company. From their beginnings on their parents' farm, the Peters brothers learned how to wisely manage every penny before they pursued academic careers in Munich and Berlin. Hartmut Peters has been friends with the third partner and current high-level manager, Gerhard Schulz (responsible for more than €2.5 billion in revenues for 2004) for almost 20 years. The situation for personnel was already optimal in 1993 when they co-founded Peters Peters Schulz & Partner. Since then nothing has changed in the circle of partners or in the clear management of the company. But the results keep improving over time.
