Renting advantageously: Thanks to Long-Term Management


For the past seven years PPS has worked in trustworthy cooperation with property management company Hausverwaltung Michael B. Scheffler. Comparisons show that our methods lead to properties being re-rented more quickly and that we have successfully taken precautions against losing rental income. As a result, we have a vacancy rate of 2%. In alignment with our goals, each property is managed intensively and personally. The following are individual examples of management tasks:

• Walk-through of the property at least once a week
• Professional building management
• Repair of damage or defects
• Re-renting properties and arranging the corresponding rental agreements

Renters pay for good service and accept comparable rent that is common for the location as well as moderate staggered increases in rent.
